Whether it's your first baby or your fifth, the first few months of adjusting to having your newborn home is almost indescribable. You're spending long days home, adjusting to a new schedule, and especially for winter due dates - working to keep your fresh bundle of joy safe & healthy!
This is where an In-Home session comes in! Documenting how your house feels during this time. Capturing the home you get to share with your loved ones, and the spaces or rooms you've curated specifically to accommodate your newborn. Being able to stay in the comfort of your home, when leaving the house with a newborn feels like a chore is the true highlight of an In-Home Sessions with your newborn!
Skip packing the diaper bag, dressing a newborn for cold temps & trying to work around the huddle of a new born feeding in a public space-
Instead, just stay in the comfort of your home! No need to pack a bottle or find a place to nurse, you'll be able to operate the way you normally do during our session. Newborn sessions with me are very flexible, as a mother I know that a newborn isn't going to operate on our schedule! I'll give you time & space to change that surprise blowout, to feed & sooth.

Or the space inside your own room that you created to accommodate! Newborn sessions don't need to take place in a nursery -they always look great on the couch cozied up like every other evening, or in your own bed, snuggling and adoring the family you've created.
A stress-free and comfortable session
A great factor to an In-Home newborn session is the comfortability. You get ready at home, schedule a time that works for you and your baby, have access to all of your newborns clothing & changing station for easy outfit changes. Your newborn wont have to deal with any car rides prior to photos, feeling comfy in an unfamiliar space and you don't have to pack a 10 pound diaper bag. You just wait for me to arrive with my camera (& maybe a light)! I will pause as many times as needed for feedings, changes, and anything else your little one may require!
